The daily method

Four small movements, one quiet hour.

Every InnerPath day has the same four parts, in the same order. Nothing new to learn each morning — the shape stays, only the contents change.

Mind

Arrive

Breathing, a short sit, or a few written lines. The point isn't to empty your head — it's to stop being pulled along by it for a few minutes.

3–9 minutes

Body

Move gently

Mobility, stretching, a walk, sometimes a little strength. Chosen to match the energy you told us you have, not the energy you think you should have.

4–20 minutes

Action

One small step

A single real-life thing: a phone-free walk, one clear surface, a message you've been avoiding. Not a to-do list — one step.

4–20 minutes

Reflection & journal

How today landed

A mood score out of five, whether the day was too much or too light, your written reflection, and any dream you remember. All of it is read before tomorrow is finalised — that is what makes the next days feel like yours.

2–5 minutes

Three weeks

The reset has an arc, not just a streak.

Week 1

Arrive

Land in your own days. Small, unhurried, repeatable.

Week 2

Deepen

The rhythm is familiar now. We ask a little more of it.

Week 3

Carry forward

Shape what stays with you after the twenty-one days end.

How it's personalised

Built from your answers, not a template.

The intake asks what you'd like more of, how your energy feels, how much time you actually have, and how familiar you are with this kind of practice. Your 21 days are then built to match: shorter practices if your energy is low, more movement if you're restless, gentler entry points if this is all new.

At the start you describe, in your own words, what is going on in your life. At the end of each week you answer three short questions: where you came from, where you are now, where you want to go. Those four moments are what your closing report is written from.

On day 21 you receive Your Inner Path: a written report, made only for you, that reads back the path you walked, names what actually helped, and says plainly what is worth keeping and what you can let go — mindfulness may have landed while the physical practices didn't, and your report says so. It is the end product you keep.

InnerPath supports everyday wellbeing. It doesn't diagnose, replace therapy, or make medical decisions.
