For professionals
Two structured programmes you can put in a client's hands.
Coaches, psychologists, counsellors and wellbeing practitioners use InnerPath as structured self-management between sessions. Which programme fits depends on where the depletion is coming from.
InnerPath 21-Day Reset
For general personal recovery and reflection
- Who it suits
- Clients carrying stress, overload, low energy, digital overload, a break-up, a move, a loss of direction — or simply needing a structured pause. Nothing about it is work-specific.
- What the client does alone
- Three weeks, three small things a day: something for the mind, something for the body, one real step. Each evening a short reflection; the next day adapts to it.
- How to introduce it
- Most practitioners suggest it as structured work between sessions: the client answers a short intake, receives a personal path, and brings their own reflections to your conversation.
€29 once. Assessment and the first two days are free.
InnerPath Work Recovery
When the recovery problem is tied to the job
- Who it suits
- People still working but losing sleep, energy, concentration or boundaries, and people returning to work after stress-related or burnout-related leave.
- What the client does alone
- 8–12 weeks. A one-minute daily check-in, a weekly scan of where work pinches (workload, autonomy, role clarity, support, availability, recovery space), and one concrete, optional experiment each week.
- How to introduce it
- Useful alongside return-to-work guidance: the participant prepares one practical change and, if they choose, drafts a short functional text for a conversation at work.
€99 once. The first week is free.
What stays private
You never receive anything the client didn't hand you.
Private by default
Intake answers, mood scores, journal entries, check-ins, reflections and closing summaries are visible to the participant alone. There is no practitioner dashboard and no automatic sharing.
Sharing is manual and partial
If a client wants to bring something to you or to their employer, they copy or export a short functional text themselves — a practical change and what they're asking for.
No scores, no predictions
Neither programme produces a diagnosis, a burnout score or a risk prediction. Suggestions are written text the participant can edit, swap or decline.
Employers stay outside
The 21-Day Reset is a personal product, not sold to employers. Work Recovery is bought and used by the individual; organisations never see individual data.
Where the boundary lies
InnerPath is a wellness and self-reflection programme. It is not therapy, psychological diagnosis, medical treatment or crisis care, and it does not replace a psychologist, occupational physician, therapist or any other qualified professional. It sits alongside your work, never in place of it. If a client is in crisis, clinical care comes first.
