Terms of Use

What you can expect from InnerPath, what we ask of you, and where the limits of this kind of support sit.

A note before you read: this text was drafted with AI as a strong starting point. It should still be reviewed by a legal professional before final launch, and it is not finished legal advice.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of myinnerpath.eu and the 21-day reset offered through it ("InnerPath"). By creating an account or starting the intake, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use InnerPath.

2. What InnerPath is

InnerPath is a personalised wellness product. You answer a short intake, and we build a 21-day plan of small daily steps around your answers: an awareness practice, a body practice, one real-life action, and a short reflection. Your feedback each day shapes the following days.

The content is general wellbeing guidance, based on broadly known ideas from psychology, sociology and everyday practice. It is educational and supportive in nature.

3. What InnerPath is not

InnerPath is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, or crisis care. It does not replace a doctor, therapist, psychiatrist or any other qualified professional, and nothing in the plan or the chatbot should be read as medical or clinical advice.

The assistant on the site answers questions about the product. It is not a therapist and will not attempt to treat, diagnose or resolve a personal crisis.

If you are in distress, please contact a professional or a local support service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information when you register, and let us know at hello@myinnerpath.eu if you think someone else has access to your account.

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your plan, intake answers and reflections, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Price and payment

The intake and days 1–3 are free and complete — no payment or card details are needed to try them.

Continuing beyond day 3 costs €29, paid once. This is not a subscription: nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. The price includes VAT where applicable.

After payment you keep access to your full 21-day plan and your reflections for as long as your account exists.

6. Your right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason.

Because InnerPath delivers personalised digital content immediately, you are asked to make an explicit choice at the moment of payment. Before paying, you must tick a confirmation box stating that you want the personalised plan to be made available to you straight away, and that you understand you lose your right of withdrawal once that personalised content has been delivered. This confirmation is shown as a separate, unticked checkbox at checkout — it is never assumed and never hidden in these terms alone.

If you do not tick that box, delivery of the paid content waits until the 14-day period has passed, and you may withdraw at any point before then for a full refund by writing to hello@myinnerpath.eu.

7. Refunds

Separately from the withdrawal right, we take a simple approach to genuine problems. If a technical failure on our side prevents you from accessing or using your plan, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund your payment in full.

Write to hello@myinnerpath.eu describing what went wrong. We do not refund simply because a plan was not completed, but we would rather resolve a real issue than keep the money.

8. Acceptable use

Please use InnerPath for your own personal wellbeing. Do not share or resell your account, copy the plan content for commercial use, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, misuse the chatbot to generate harmful content, or use the site in any unlawful way.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these rules, and will explain why where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

InnerPath is offered as-is, in good faith, as general wellbeing support. We do not promise any particular outcome, and we are not responsible for your personal health, mental health or life decisions. You take part at your own discretion and remain responsible for your own care.

If a practice feels physically or emotionally unsafe, stop, and speak to a professional before continuing.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the mandatory consumer law of your country.

10. Intellectual property

The site, its texts, design and plan content belong to InnerPath. What you write — your intake answers and reflections — belongs to you, and you allow us to process it only to run and personalise your reset.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date it was last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will let you know by email or through the site before it takes effect.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions about these terms can go to hello@myinnerpath.eu.
